What we do
We are branching from a successful rentals company in the business and we are specialised in high-quality accommodation catering to business travellers and academics.
We have agreements with recruitment agencies and local companies that are looking to house their employees.
We provide our tenants/guests with a high quality accommodation and we manage those properties on behalf of the landlord.
We are based in Banbury but we are happy to manage properties across UK as currently we have management and support agreements in Edinburgh, Birmingham and Coventry
We are also very interested in hearing from developers who may have blocks of flats becoming available that they are trying to sell as some of our existing contacts may be interested in purchasing them.
We keep our business compliant with the current government legislation. We carry at least weekly inspections to make sure all properties are kept in outstanding condition
