What happens if you do not find tenantS?
In the unlikely case we do not find tenants this will never affect the rent agreement and we will continue to pay.
Which repairs is the landlord liable?
The landlord will need to take care of the exterior/structure of the building and ensure that the gas and electrics are in good working order. You should also make sure that you have the correct insurance as well as gas and electrical certificates.
What repairs is BanburyAccommodation responsible for?
CAN THE LANDLORD do monthly inspections?
That is absolutely fine. We just need a standard 24h notice so we can let our clients know.
